I'd suggest renaming your install folder and then rebooting. If that doesn't work, try the Rundll32 uninstall command.
To be clear, you are downloading the version of autocad you have installed on your PC (vs the latest version). Your install files are not corrupt and I suspect this error is related to this issue.

And all eyes will be on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who hasn't even acknowledged that the vote took place.
But there is a telling clue in his last tweet, when he blasted Arizona Senate candidate Kelli Ward for "shamelessly" appealing to Trump's base with her ads, which feature Trump, and for saying "I love Trump."
By doing so, he shows where his own priorities lie.
The Affordable Care Act, like all major domestic policy legislation passed since the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, had to begin with a majority vote in the House of Representatives, where Republicans control.
The Senate must then approve the House version by a simple majority, and McConnell can choose to vote for or against it.
But McConnell appears to have no intention of actually making a decision.
The Washington Post's Greg Sargent says that while McConnell "may appear to be engaging in some sort of messaging exercise, the real goal is to run out the clock" by avoiding a decision on health care, in hopes that the only question by November will be who gets to be president.
"For now," says Sargent, "he's trying to avoid the embarrassing spectacle of doing anything and everything he can to keep Trump in office."
